Precautions for pulley system
For users who use mechanical rollers, motorized pulley usually require minimum maintenance. However, in rare cases of failure, the entire mechanism must be replaced.
Although your conveyor belt service provider will facilitate motor maintenance, in order to minimize the downtime of factory production, it is the best measure to prepare a spare motor at the machine operation site.
Maintenance of worn parts and components on lubricated chains and lubricated bearings, standard pulley systems will take up maintenance time on the facility. For these systems, the Facility Manager shall ensure that spare parts are available in the event of failure and that the conveyor service provider is on call to provide repair services.
